The next round of The Threshold begins Wednesday 14 October at 7pm.
On this 4-week journey, meeting online for 75 minutes once a week, you will be immersing yourself in the realm of The Threshold, a liminal space between who you have been, and who you are becoming.
Change is a natural part of life, unfolding at all times. Something very special begins to happen when you engage with these moments intentionally and authentically.
Together, we will move through four themes, each building on the last: steadiness, patterns, meaning, and action. It will offer you a deep reset, a type of calibration, that will bolster your way of being in the world.
If you are looking for a way to create or embrace change in your life while gaining tools and resources for deep, authentic and sustainable wellbeing, this is a great program for you.
You will benefit from learning a range of practical tools including pranayama (utilising the breath), meditation, thought reframing, journalling prompts & reflection, and shared knowledge on the theory and teachings that underpin these resources.
