Refunds and Cancellations 

We understand that sometimes unanticipated events occur, including illness and misadventure. Please note that cancellations will incur a 50% fee and no refunds will be offered for no-shows. 

To reschedule an appointment, or notify of a cancellation, we request that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance where possible. Please send an email to hello@innervisioncounselling.com.au with the details and we will reply with confirmation of receipt. 

Digital products (courses, workbooks, masterclasses, webinars, audio files) 

Because all digital courses and resource recordings are accessible and downloadable immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds for these items.
