Hi, I'm Jenny.
I'm a holistic counsellor and meditation teacher with a deep personal understanding of anxiety, and an unwavering belief that with the right support, lasting change is possible for every woman who seeks it.
My approach is non-pathologising, personalised, and rooted in the understanding that healing happens through the whole person. I draw on Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, alongside meditation practices drawn from both Buddhist and Vedic traditions.
You don't have to keep managing this alone.
