Every season of change carries its own WISDOM.
I'm a counsellor, educator, researcher, and meditation teacher with a lifelong fascination for what helps people navigate life's seasons of change. Over the past two decades, that curiosity has shaped my work, from completing a PhD exploring identity and development, to teaching, researching, leading, and supporting people through periods of meaningful personal change.
Today, my work brings together evidence-informed therapeutic approaches, nervous system awareness, meditation, and reflective practice to help women understand themselves more deeply, reconnect with their own inner wisdom, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
Alongside my professional experience, I also bring a lived understanding of anxiety. It is one of the reasons I care so deeply about creating a space where women feel safe to slow down, make sense of what they're experiencing, and discover that even life's most challenging seasons can carry the seeds of something new.
my story
In my mid-twenties, anxiety, panic attacks, and agoraphobia brought my world to a standstill. Finding my way through was neither quick nor straightforward, but it became the beginning of a lifelong curiosity about what helps people heal, grow, and navigate life's seasons of change with greater wisdom.
Counselling, mindfulness-based approaches, and meditation all played an important role in my recovery. Meditation, in particular, became a daily practice I have never put down, and one that continues to shape both my life and the way I work with others.
Over the two decades since, that curiosity has guided every chapter of my career. Whether counselling women, teaching children, mentoring university students, leading teams, managing strategic partnerships or teaching yoga and meditation, I have been helping people navigate change, recognise their strengths, and move towards lives that feel more meaningful, intentional, and deeply their own. Inner Vision is a natural expression of that lifelong work.
WHO I WORK WITH
The women I work with are moving through change. They might be navigating anxiety, or something harder to name: a period of transition, a feeling of restlessness, or a growing sense that life is asking something different of them.
Some arrive knowing exactly what they need. Others simply know they can no longer keep living in the way they have been. They're not necessarily looking for quick answers, although feeling better is a priority. They're looking for the space to find some answers, understand themselves more deeply, make sense of what they're experiencing, and discover what this season of life is asking of them.
With greater understanding comes greater clarity. Decisions feel less overwhelming. Self-trust begins to grow. Because every season of change carries its own wisdom, and with the right support, even the most uncertain seasons can become the beginning of something deeply meaningful.

FINDING YOUR WAY FORWARD
Many clients begin with a single counselling session. It's an opportunity to pause, take stock of what's been happening, and explore the season of life you're navigating.
Together, we'll bring greater clarity to what has been feeling difficult, recognise the patterns that may be shaping your life, and begin finding a way forward with greater steadiness, confidence, and self-trust.
