1:1 Counselling

You're a woman who feels the weight of anxiety quietly beneath the surface, capable and composed on the outside, but overwhelmed, indecisive, or emotionally exhausted within. You've tried the books and the apps, but something still feels unresolved. You want to understand why you feel the way you do, not just manage the symptoms.

Every session is held online via Zoom, in a space that is safe, confidential, and genuinely unhurried. Together we explore how anxiety shows up in your body, your thoughts, and the patterns of your daily life drawing on CBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, somatic awareness, and Mindfulness-Based approaches, woven naturally into our conversation.

Clients consistently describe moving from overwhelm and self-doubt into clarity, confidence, and genuine calm. The goal is lasting change, not just feeling better in the moment.


60-Minute Session

This is a personalised, three-session program designed to help you build a meditation practice that works for your mind, your nervous system, and the realities of your daily life. Whether you've tried to meditate before and struggled, or you're completely new to the practice, this program meets you exactly where you are.

SESSION 01

UNDERSTANDING

How meditation works, what it does to the nervous system and mind, and what kind of practice might suit you. Dispelling common misconceptions and setting realistic expectations.

SESSION 02

TECHNIQUE

Guided instruction in the practice selected for you, drawing from Buddhist traditions (breath-focus, insight, and loving-kindness) or Vedic-style mantra meditation, depending on what fits.

SESSION 03

INTEGRATION

Working through common challenges, refining your practice, and developing a sustainable daily routine that you can return to with ease.

SELF-GUIDED SHORT-COURSE

  • No referral is needed. You can book directly through the website at any time.

  • I am currently working toward private health registration. Please check back for updates, or feel free to reach out if you have specific questions about your cover.

  • Yes, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% fee and no refunds will be offered for no-shows. If you need to reschedule your appointment due to an emergency or illness, please get in touch and it can be arranged. 

  • The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll explore what's brought you here, what you're hoping to shift, and what working together might look like. There's no pressure , it's a conversation, not an assessment.

  • This varies from person to person. Some clients find significant clarity and relief in just a few sessions; others prefer to work together over a longer period. We'll discuss this as we go, and you're always free to take a break or stop whenever feels right.

  • Start with 60 minutes. It's a complete, effective session in its own right. Many clients begin there and choose to move to 90-minute sessions once they've got a feel for the process, but it's entirely your call.
