We move from one responsibility to the next, without space to turn inward with intention. Some seasons call us toward something better, to recalibrate, to listen deeply, to build practices that nurture us, and to make room for what's emerging.

The Inner Season brings together a small group of women ready to dedicate time and attention to their own growth, wellbeing, and future.

Over twelve weeks, we explore practices, perspectives, and conversations that support a calmer nervous system, greater self-understanding, and a more intentional way of living. Each week offers a focus topic with presentations, reflection points, and discussion - alongside ongoing guidance in meditation, nervous system regulation, reflective practice, and evidence-informed approaches to wellbeing.

As these foundations strengthen, the mind becomes quieter. Life feels less rushed. What matters most starts to come into focus. Long-held ambitions feel less distant, decisions become easier to navigate, and a stronger sense of direction begins to emerge.

With support, you create the conditions for meaningful and lasting change. Like nature moving through its seasons, you naturally begin to release some patterns and strengthen others.

The story behind the program

Why I created The Inner Season

For most of my life, I have been fascinated by periods of transition. As a researcher, counsellor, educator, and meditation teacher, I have spent years exploring what helps people navigate change well - not simply how they overcome difficulties, but how they find their way through the seasons of life that ask them to grow, let go, or begin again.

Life moves in seasons. Seasons of building and seasons of rest. Seasons of certainty and seasons of questioning. Each has its place and purpose - and when we recognise this, we can begin to work with these periods more consciously. When a season of change arrives, we often assume something has gone wrong. But some of life's most important transformations cannot be hurried. They simply ask us to pay attention, reflect, and develop a deeper understanding of ourselves and the lives we are creating.

This is why I created The Inner Season. Because understanding ourselves is not a luxury. It is one of the most important things we can do.

Every woman's experience of The Inner Season will be different - because every woman arrives with a different life, a different story, and a different season unfolding around her.

Everyone leaves with practical tools that continue to support them long after the program ends. Many gain clarity around an important decision, a relationship, a career change, or a direction they have been quietly considering. Yet often, the most significant outcome is not a particular answer or breakthrough. It is a different relationship with yourself.

Patterns that once felt automatic become easier to recognise. Decisions that once felt overwhelming become easier to navigate. The noise of expectation begins to soften, making more room for your own voice to emerge.

How to Apply

Applications open three times during the year. When applications open, you'll be invited to complete a short application form sharing a little about yourself and what has drawn you to The Inner Season.

Throughout history, women have gathered to share wisdom, support one another, and make sense of life's transitions together. The Inner Season is an invitation into that tradition, a small circle of women coming together to learn, reflect, and support one another through a meaningful season of life.
